Day before (10am-10pm): Oyster Eve beer/wine tent cashiers & servers, Admission tent, General Setup and breakdown. Food Court check-in, setup tables on Green (Arts & Crafts, Main Street, Civic Group areas), Children’s Entertainment pavilion and in the food court.
Festival day (6am-7pm): Parking/Traffic Control, Beer tent cashiers & servers, ID verification tent, Souvenir tent support, Canoe/Kayak Race support, Schooner Cruise check-in, Information Booth support, Sign distribution, Volunteer check-in and support, Arts & Crafts Vendor support, Festival Car Show check-in, general setup & maintenance activities, Survey ambassadors.
Day after (9am-11am): Clean-up downtown Milford, shuttle stop areas, Lisman Landing, Milford Harbor, Fowler Field
